Mentorship

Our Mission

We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals who identify with the Caribbean community to access professional and leadership development opportunities. Our mentorship program focuses on eliminating the intergenerational gap through community partnerships. Let's work together to build our community!

The Caribbean Network Mentorship Program

The foundation of this program aims to equip youth with the necessary skills to comprehend social capital and create access to professional connections within the Caribbean community. The primary objective aims to provide exposure to diverse career paths and exploration while gaining attainable skills that are valuable in the current workforce. The program will be completed over the span of a 5 week period in the Fall, with a focus on networking, communication, and innovation. Each session will be 1 hour and mentors will have the opportunity to decide with mentees how to schedule their sessions.
